Hello;

My name is Krista Pask; I am 33 yrs old. I live in Sarnia, Ontario Canada. For the past 12 years I have worked with Transat Travel, as a Travel Consultant. With my job I have been very blessed to have seen parts of the world that only some dream about. 

I am a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a niece and a cousin. Most importantly, I am a cancer survivor. 

At the age of 16 I was diagnosed with Synovial Sarcoma, a rare cancer in women. I thought my world was going to fall apart and I didn't have a clue how I was going to get through it. But I did and 17 years later I am a true survivor.
I thought I was done with this horrible disease until this past summer.

 

On July 18th 2018, I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer - yes, the second time of this unwanted disease invading my body. 

Again, my world came to a crashing halt with no explanations and so many un answered questions.

The purpose of this blog is to; A) keep all my friends and family up to date throughout my journey and B) to hopefully help other women (and men) worldwide to understand what the daily process will be and possibly get answers and some comfort. 

 

I will be posting; the good, the bad and the ugly - be warned! No barriers, this is going to be real life. 
 

With this blog, I am not looking for sympathy, or sadness or "poor me" - I'm looking to help others and help myself get through the difficult times.
